Reports to: Team Lead
Responsibilities
- Take personal ownership to work safely every day and hold other team members to the same high standards of safety
- Fix unsafe conditions and report them immediately to supervisor
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Assemble, inspect, and package products according to quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Document production activities and report any issues to supervisors.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Participate in Process Teams, supporting the Team’s goals for each area of expectation on your shift.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Two years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to fifty (50) pounds.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Operate a computer or other keyboard instruments
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions
- Must work well in a team environment
- Must be self-motivated to work; independently and meet targets
- Must have to ability to do basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to read a metric tape measure is a plus
