Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat while maintaining a high level of phone etiquette.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and payment processing.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information as needed.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and provide timely resolutions.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional client services.
- Respond to and resolve customer queries through phone and email quickly and effectively.
- Book and manage appointments for our sales and install team.
- Become knowledgable on Owensboro Insulators services and capabilities.
- Warehouse Inventory Management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or related field is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English.
- Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.
- Proficient typing skills for efficient data entry and record keeping.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills
- A strong understanding and working knowledge of the internet and Apple calendar.
- 1 years in a customer service position preferably in phone support
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to lift 30lbs
- Ability to operate Forklift

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
