Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve reconciling inventory using SOP inventory processes, maintain inventory reporting requirements, supporting warehouse operations, and providing customer service assistance. The ideal candidate will ensure inventory accuracy, maintain smooth warehouse functions, and deliver outstanding service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Control:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records by regularly conducting physical counts and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Update inventory management systems, logging all incoming and outgoing inventory movements.
  • Identify and address inventory discrepancies, working with relevant personnel to resolve issues.
  • Assist in developing and implementing inventory control procedures to optimize storage and reduce losses.
  • Identify discrepancies, analyze data and implement effective solutions to resolve issues with Inventory Management and Warehouse Operations.

Warehouse Operations Support:

  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient organization and management of inventory in the warehouse.
  • Help coordinate the flow of goods in the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping materials.
  • Assist with organizing warehouse space, ensuring that products are stored according to company standards and easily accessible.
  • Assist in shipping and receiving processes as needed, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.

Customer Service Support:

  • Provide customer service support by answering inquiries regarding order status and shipping information.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints related to inventory discrepancies, receiving and/or shipping issues.
  • Process customer orders to ensure accurate inventory updates, accurate billing, and timely resolution of issues.
  • Work closely with the Whse Manager and Customer to communicate any inventory or warehouse-related issues impacting customer orders and warehousing.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparing reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies for management review.
  • Participate in regular inventory audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and accuracy of inventory data.
  • Support other departments as needed with administrative tasks, including processing documentation and maintaining records.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or relevant certification in logistics, supply chain, or business is preferred).
  • 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., SYNAPSE, SAP, or similar platforms).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and customers.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with standard office and warehouse working hours.
  • May require occasional overtime or weekend work.
  • At times, may work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and physical demands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.12 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
