Job Summary
Provides nursing leadership while ensuring implementation of clinical objectives and quality patient care. Job Responsibilities
- Provides leadership, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
- Responds to requests for assistance with patient care.
- Ensures staff compliance with department and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of patient care and identifies any issues that affect desired patient outcomes.
- Responds to complaints and addresses complaints through established channels.
- Coordinates organizational resources to facilitate patient flow.
- Performs job duties in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
