Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Teacher to join our team. As an Assistant Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting the lead teacher in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. This position is for our Two's Classroom.
Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Support classroom management and create a nurturing atmosphere for students
- Help with individual and group activities to stimulate educational growth
- Collaborate with the lead teacher in assessing student progress
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment
Skills
- Experience in childcare, daycare, or classroom settings is preferred
- Knowledge of special education practices is a plus
- Ability to educate and engage with children effectively
- Proficiency in lesson planning and literacy education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse learners

Shift: 9:00 - 6:00 Monday thru Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
