The Role
- As a Territory Sales Representative, the position’s focus will be the sales of petroleum equipment, parts, construction services, equipment service, and environmental compliance & testing, as well as other services offered by the company.
- Primary sales focus will be retail and fleet fueling facilities with a secondary focus on commercial applications and bid/spec projects.
- Develop new accounts through networking, referrals, and cold calling within the territory.
- Maintain existing accounts within the territory.
- Work with manufacturers representatives on the promotion & presentations of products.
- Company is a highly successful petroleum industry leader with positive growth path over the past several years and continued growth for the future.
- Petroleum Equipment Sales background preferred.
- Understanding the construction of fueling facilities.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Highly motivated and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management, organization, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an overall team.
- This is an outside sales position and will require the candidate to work remote.
- This position could possibly require some overnight travel within the sales territory as well as overnight travel for sales meetings and trade shows.
- Complete all customer quotes & proposals in a timely manner.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Will train the candidate on accounting / equipment quoting system.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
