What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Line Account Manager position at Ownby Insurance Service, Inc?
We are looking for an experienced customer service representative to join our team at a well- established insurance agency in Sevierville. A background in insurance with at least 1 year of experience is required. Holding a current Tennessee insurance license is required. This is a full-time position with paid vacation, health insurance options, 401k and more. We offer a hybrid work approach where after you are trained able to work independently you will be assigned 1 day per week that you may work from home if you choose. Our office is Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM so there are no evening or weekends. We also close on most major holidays as well.
The main functions of the job are: data entry, answering phone calls, taking payments and billing inquiries, making changes to insurance policies, assisting other team members as needed with projects and tasks etc... Your primary role be to assist customers and our agents in personal lines department. You must possess an insurance license in the State of Tennessee.
