To support our continued growth, we have created an excellent opportunity for an individual to join the Implecho team as an Inbound Fulfillment Coordinator.
Position Responsibilities:
- Receive daily deliveries / move returns to appropriate areas for check-in.
- Use rental software to efficiently and accurately check in equipment and close out orders.
- Handle lost and broken equipment, working with sales to inform customer of charges.
- Clean / sanitize equipment, re-sticker equipment with barcodes / branded labels as necessary.
- Manage the flow of equipment coming in including monitoring past due rentals, and prioritizing check-ins to ensure equipment is available for upcoming rentals.
- Support the fulfillment team by assisting with large outbound orders, and cover for Fulfillment Coordinators as needed.
- Contribute to the overall success of the Fulfillment team by assisting with other tasks including but not limited to:
- Physical inventory counts
- Utilization projections
- Potential travel while offering on-site services to customers
- Organizing warehouse
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Skills/Experience:
Required
- A high degree of reliability, honesty, and integrity.
- Experienced in working with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to embrace new technology and follow established processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- High level of communication – ability to prioritize tasks
- Team player and ability to collaborate with various levels of employees and work teams.
- Ability to regularly lift 50lbs.
