The Role:
Are you a recent graduate or early in career professional looking to kickstart your career in tech sales? At Ownwell, SDRs are the driving force behind our growth. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, introducing them to Ownwell’s innovative solutions and helping them navigate their property tax needs. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, sharpen your sales skills, and grow with a fast-paced, high-growth company.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential customers, focusing on real estate investors, property managers, and small to medium-sized investment firms.
- Conduct high-volume outreach through calls, emails, and social media to generate and qualify leads.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule discovery calls and demos.
- Clearly communicate Ownwell’s value proposition, emphasizing how we help real estate owners save money and streamline operations.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities.
- Use CRM tools to track your outreach efforts, manage your pipeline, and contribute to team sales goals.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate with a strong interest in sales, technology, and real estate.
- Excellent communication skills—written and verbal—with the ability to engage and persuade.
- Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, team-oriented startup environment.
