**Responsibilities:**

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements.
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates using various platforms and techniques.
• Conduct interviews and manage candidate selection processes.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and assist with HR tasks as needed.
  
  

**Qualifications:**

• Proven experience as an HR/Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field preferred.
• Ability to recruit top sales talent in the home remodel space.
