Oxbow Middle/High School, located in Bradford, Vermont, is seeking to hire a middle/high school English teacher starting with the 2025-2026 school year. This is a permanent position which is part of the Orange East Education Association's Teachers' Collective Bargaining Agreement.
The Middle/ High School English Teacher is responsible for creating a flexible middle/high school level program and a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth. The teacher will work to establish effective rapport with students, to motivate students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for continued education in accordance with each student’s ability, and to establish good relationships with parents and other staff members.
