Our client, an innovative med device company in the north Indianapolis area, is looking for a Buyer / Planner to oversee all aspects of purchasing, receiving, shipping and inventory of materials for manufacturing their Class III Medical Device.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and procure materials for production and development.
- Maintain supplier relationships and records.
- Generate and manage Purchase Requests and Orders in ERP.
- Handle shipping, receiving, and international logistics.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through proper handling and cycle counts.
- Prepare production work orders and kits.
- Support ERP system updates and alignment with Quality System data.
- Perform tasks in compliance with company procedures.
