Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to oversee multiple concurrent client onboarding and integration projects, ensuring the successful implementation of our security and embedded technology solutions. The ideal candidate has experience managing mutiple short-term projects simultaneously, excels at working with both technical teams and external clients, and has transitioned from a software development or engineering background into project management. Experience in embedded systems, cryptography, or security is highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects, primarily focusing on client onboarding and product integrations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and a seamless onboarding experience.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to define project timelines, track progress, and keep teams on task to meet deadlines.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing any roadblocks.
- Continuously improve project workflows to streamline customer implementations and accelerate time to deployment.
