Job Overview
As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Duties
- You will have corporate recruiting experience hiring for technical and manufacturing roles
- You will bring initiative and thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, demonstrating your ability to adapt and excel under pressure
- You will have strong sourcing abilities within an ATS, LinkedIn, Twitter, social media networks, job boards, and other platforms, effectively identifying both passive and active candidates
- Previous experience with Workday as recruiting system is highly preferred
- Experience in medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries is preferred but not required.
Skills
- You will advise hiring managers in creating competitive compensation packages and offers for new hires
- You will take on additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support the recruitment function.
- Need good exp in recruiting, high volume recruiting process, at least 2 years, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, all onboarding process.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Manufacturing experience is nice to have.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
