Job Relationships: Reports to: Café Manager

Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Essential Job Duties:

• Greeting and serving members in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Delivering orders to members in a timely fashion
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of poolside areas
• Assisting with setting up and breaking down poolside furniture and equipment
• Providing information about menu items and specials
• Ensuring member satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests promptly
• Adhering to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
• Collaborating with other staff members to ensure smooth operations of the pool areas
• Assist with running the orders from the kitchen to the members

Qualifications & Skills

· Must be 18 to legally be able to serve alcohol

· Willing to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends

· Excellent at verbal communication

· Works well and efficiently under pressure

· Prior customer service experience in a hospitality field preferred

· Able to speak English

· Must be ramp certified or receive their ramp certification within 30 days of their hire date

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.

· Ability to lift and carry items up to {specific weight, e.g., 25 pounds}.
