The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in hair cutting and styling techniques, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will play a vital role in enhancing the appearance and confidence of our clients while creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the shop.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences.
• Utilize various techniques including straight razor shaving, various haircuts, and beard grooming.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and tools to ensure a safe environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired looks and provide professional recommendations.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyles and grooming techniques.
• Assist in mentoring junior staff members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.

Experience

• Possess a Barber's License in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 2 years experience (While obtaining license)
• Proficiency in various barbering techniques, including straight razor shaving.
• Familiarity with salon software systems for efficient operations.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
• A passion for contributing to a collaborative team environment.
