Job Description:
Oxford Consulting Services is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to oversee all scheduling operations for our programs. Candidates should be available Monday through Friday up to 29 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of medical data entry and Scheduling experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for adding therapist schedule to Central Reach
- Responsible for any changes to therapist schedule on Central Reach
- Responsible for all schedule/calendar updates when new authorization comes in
- Responsible for communicating with therapists about updates being done to schedule
- Responsible for speaking with families about the scheduling needs
- Managing the wait list by keeping it updated
- Reaches out to therapists to assign them to cases
- Send out no show warning letters/no show letters to parents when the therapists informs you of the no show
- Trains any new schedulers coming on board
- Assists other schedulers when a problem arises
Experience/Qualifications/Education:
- High School Graduate
- 1-3 years’ experience in data entry.
- Ability to interface with practitioners to fill service assignments.
- Prior experience with credentialing is preferred.
Skills:
- Basic computer literacy of Word, Excel, Outlook, ACCESS
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to function independently.
- Ability to multitask.
