Key Responsibilities
- Communicate and shape US metro-level real estate forecasts, in co-ordination with the global and regional real estate economics team and the US macro team.
- Produce regular reports, chartbooks, thematic research and presentations.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities in the real estate market.
- Line management for a junior US metro analyst.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and shape the service.
- Promote the service with public speaking at US real estate events (external and internal).
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Degree in Economics, Real Estate, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10-years of experience in the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of the US metro real estate markets and their driving economic factors.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a proven track record of engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
- Line management experience preferred.
- Mathematics / statistics skills related to forecasting and dealing with large datasets.
- Team player with an analytical mindset and exceptional problem-solving skills.
