Our client includes destination marketing organizations at the city, state, and national levels; leading industry trade associations; and major corporate owners, operators and brands in the travel sector. We have a longstanding relationship with many of our clients, typically through subscription-based services or recurring studies.
This individual must have strong communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills, and good interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up.
- Attend monthly client meetings, take detailed notes, review Gong recordings, and enter client requests into Wrike.
- Act as liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring client requests and feedback are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Maintain communication with Research Analysts and Visualization Specialists to stay updated on project progress.
- Review and update Wrike tasks before client meetings, providing status updates and due dates.
- Work closely with Insights Manager and Research Analysts to keep tasks moving forward.
- Review all tasks marked as "Awaiting Client Approval" to ensure they meet quality standards before marking them as complete. For complex tasks, follow up with the Insights Manager to confirm that all aspects have been addressed before finalizing.
- Identify key clients attending conferences and assist the Insights Manager in coordinating onsite meetings.
- Identify recurring client requests to help the Innovation team develop new templates for broader use.
- Recognize common dashboard issues to streamline Engineering's resolution and improve workflow.
- Proactively identify potential issues or areas for improvement in project flow, helping to ensure optimal client outcomes and satisfaction.
- Bachelor or masters degree in relevant field.
- Proven success with working in team and a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Excel, Tableau, and Project Management Tools.
- Solid communication (written and verbal), organization, and multi-tasking skills.
