Tourism Economics is a subsidiary of Oxford Economics dedicated to analytical consulting in the tourism sector. We are seeking a high calibre CRM Coordinator to join our Symphony division, based in Wayne/Philadelphia, PA.
Our client includes destination marketing organizations at the city, state, and national levels; leading industry trade associations; and major corporate owners, operators and brands in the travel sector. We have a longstanding relationship with many of our clients, typically through subscription-based services or recurring studies.
This individual will be working closely with must be highly organized and with the desire to enhance our internal processes related to Salesforce entries to ensure accurate billing and renewal of client agreements.
Attention to detail is critical and the individual needs take pride in producing accurate work on a timely basis in collaboration with colleagues. This position will be an integral part of Tourism Economics' growth plans and provides an exciting opportunity to be part of an organization in a dynamic growth phase.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce CRM on behalf of the division, including but not limited to processing all agreements and activate for invoicing, ensure billing contacts and instructions are current, track contract dates and renewals.
- Complete regular data quality analysis, identifying and resolving inaccuracies.
- Supporting the Insights team with renewal agreements.
- Working with 3rd party data partners on ordering datasets according to the agreements.
- Help managing subscription levels and access within the Symphony platform.
- Develop and maintain a system for client outreach prior to renewal dates.
- Provide data insights for senior management through built-in and external tools.
- Contribute to the completion of Salesforce backlog tasks.
- Create and maintain standardised business reports, dashboards and presentations.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Finance, Insights team, and operations.
- Experience with a CRM (Salesforce a plus).
- Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Must be a team player and a self-starter with a "can-do" attitude.
- Highly organized and proficient in managing deadlines, reports, and tasks.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
