Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing direct support to the President and CEO of Oxford Global Resources. This will include managing daily activities, business tasks, and personal errands. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling a variety of tasks efficiently
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle email and other communications.
- Run personal errands and handle personal tasks as needed.
- Assist with household management, including scheduling maintenance and services.
- Organize personal and professional files and documents.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, both personal and professional.
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking.
Education
- Bachelor's Level Degree is Preferred
Experience
- 1-3 years experience providing administrative support
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
