Job Description and Overview of Responsibilities :
Join a growing “ Inc. 500 ” firm.
Manages contract management system (Unanet), contract administration, and provides guidance on complex contracts.
Prepares TAs, NDAs, SOWs, contracts, subcontracts, negotiates contracts, and administers commercial and government contracts in accordance with all company policies and all legal requirements (Federal, State, and local).
Reports to management.
Ensures that department milestones and goals are met adhering to approved budgets.
Experience / Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree.
Three years of supervisory experience.
Five years of experience as a contract manager for government contracts, to include :
RFP, RFQ, task order, SOW, SOO terms review;
Expertise with all FAR clauses for contract flow downs;
NDA review, NDA redline reviews, NDA execution;
TA review, TA redline reviews, TA execution;
Prime contract review, contract redline, contract execution;
Contract and subcontract MOD review, MOD redline review, MOD execution;
Purchase Order (PO) drafting, PO redline review, PO execution;
Experience with DCAA compliant contract pricing build; and
Contract management system implementation and operation.
Experience with Unanet GovCon Contract Management System, including ability and expertise required to implement Unanet contract management system.
Proficient with Office 365 applications.
Excellent writing and effective oral communication skills.
Legal expertise.
Proven experience communicating and interfacing with senior executives and Government Contracting Officers and Contracting Officer Representatives (COR).
