Contract Services Manager
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts and vendors for soft services at client sites
- Ensure delivery of third-party vendor services within agreed scope, service level, and budget
- Meet guaranteed savings targets
- Lead with P&L responsibility
- Manage vendors across various services (e.g., Fire Life Safety, Elevators, Roofing, Grounds)
- Negotiate savings and maintain/exceed Service Level Agreements
- Financial management, performance monitoring, and reporting
- Support Senior Facilities Manager / Site Lead
- Act as Client Relationship Manager when appropriate

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience (7-10 years minimum)

- Ability to work under pressure and manage change
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Understanding of Facilities Maintenance marketplace
- Proficiency in problem-solving and commercial judgment
- Ability to lift 50lbs on a consistent basis
