Duties
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including clerical tasks and administrative support.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including journal entries and financial report writing.
- Utilize accounting software, such as Quicken, to manage financial transactions and records effectively.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax-related documentation as necessary.
- Coordinate with external accountants for audits and financial reviews.
- Maintain organized records of all financial documents, ensuring easy access for audits or inquiries.
- Provide support in budgeting processes and financial planning initiatives.
- Assist in training new staff on office procedures and software usage.
Skills
