Weekly Hybrid Work Schedule : 3 days onsite / 2 days work at home
Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Engineer. In this role, you will work on industrial engineering projects, collaborating with Operations, Process, and Project Management teams to develop CAPEX projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical engineering background, with cross-training in other disciplines and experience in industries such as lime, cement, or mining.
Essential Functions
- Lead the design and development of industrial projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Work on CAPEX Projects, including scope development, estimation, specifications, control narratives, and conceptual design.
- Apply a multi-disciplinary approach to project engineering within an industrial environment.
- Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Inventor, Navisworks, Revit, AggFlow, and SAP.
- Ensure compliance with various codes and regulations (e.g., NFPA, MSHA, CEMA, AISC, OSHA).
- Collaborate closely with operations, process, and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop solutions for technical challenges, focusing on detailed, process-oriented approaches and win / win problem resolution.
