Schedule : Onsite, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
Our manufacturing client is looking for a Buyer to manage procurement, vendor relationships, and inventory to support production needs.
Responsibilities :
- Source and procure materials and services to meet production schedules.
- Identify and qualify new suppliers while maintaining relationships with existing vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements for cost-effective purchasing.
- Ensure materials meet quality standards in collaboration with supplier quality teams.
- Support new product development and manufacturing project builds.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock strategies.
- Utilize SAP and other inventory systems to track materials and optimize procurement.
