Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Carpet Cleaner to join our team. The Carpet Cleaner will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining carpets in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect carpets to identify stains, dirt, and other conditions that require cleaning.
- Operate carpet cleaning equipment, including steam cleaners, vacuum cleaners, and shampooers.
- Apply cleaning solutions and stain removers to carpets as needed.
- Perform deep cleaning on carpets, removing dirt, debris, and allergens.
- Dry carpets after cleaning to ensure no damage or moisture retention.
- Ensure proper maintenance and care of carpet cleaning equipment.
- Communicate with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and address concerns.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Handle and dispose of waste materials properly.
- Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in carpet cleaning is preferred but not required.
