Customer Service and Sales Technician

Oxi Fresh is one of the fastest growing carpet, tile and upholstery cleaning companies. We are hiring hardworking and motivated “Customer Service and Sales Technicians” for our residential and commercial business in our territory from Boca Raton, Wellington, and surrounding communities as far north as Jupiter. Must live in territory.

• This is a service AND sales role. NO carpet cleaning experience necessary, we'll train you! Past sales experience a plus.
• You will drive a company van and go into customers’ homes and businesses. A clean driving record, and background is a must!!

Earnings: Guaranteed minimum base to start. Commission role with unlimited earnings. Paid training. Commission, tips, bonuses, and incentives.

• This is a performance driven based role with excellent earning potential dependent on your motivation, sales ability, and customer service!

Flexible Scheduling including Saturdays: Full time - 5 days a week. Must be flexible as needed.

Territory Requirements: We provide a company van. Must live in the territory. (Palm Beach County - Boca Raton as far north as Jupiter.)

Key Responsibilities: (provide top notch customer service AND increase sales)

· Carpet, Tile and Upholstery Cleaning: Provide superior carpet, tile and upholstery cleaning services using our state-of-the-art, and user-friendly cleaning systems.

· Sales and Customer Engagement: Showcase your friendly and professional demeanor to build rapport with customers, educate our customers by discussing service options, and upsell additional services.

General Responsibilities:

• Drive a company van to our customers.
• Inspect the area to be cleaned and safely move light furniture if needed.
• Clearly explain to customers the Oxi Fresh process and recommend and sell additional products and services.
• Perform cleaning applying cleaning solutions and operating light equipment (must be able to perform all cleaning duties and lift to 40 pounds)
• Collect service payment using a credit card reader on your handheld device.
• Meet or exceed quotas for customer service and sales.
• Meet or exceed quotas for 5 STAR (5/5) Google customer reviews and Corporate 10/10 “Listen 360” customer reviews”.
• Clean and maintain the company vehicle. Weekly, or daily if needed.
• Ensure proper inventory of equipment and products.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Enthusiastic about their work and delivering superior customer service.
• Friendly, professional, reliable, self-motivated, and self-managed.
• Must be willing to drive our entire territory as needed to service our customers (Boca to as far north as Jupiter).
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Great communicator, always friendly and professional.
• Applicants must be able to meet our hiring standards:
• Valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• Successful completion of a motor vehicle record check, criminal background check, employment history (all required) and drug screening as necessary. We are a drug free environment.
