Compensation : 16 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity within the car dealership and automotive group as a whole
- Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to improve the dealership’s visibility within the community
- Order office equipment and supplies, as needed
- Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of all skills related to receptionist duties duties
- Answer incoming calls and emails, and direct customers to the appropriate person, and field customer complaints professionally
