Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet and assist customers who visit the showroom, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Manage Phone and Email Communication: Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner, providing accurate information on rental options and directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Coordinate Appointments: Schedule and coordinate showroom appointments, communicating effectively with both customers and the team.
- Assist with Event Logistics: Support event logistics and day-of operations during peak event seasons.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook (email, calendar management).
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly (training on Point of Rental system will be provided).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
