In our pursuit of growth and innovation, we are actively seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Director (RSD). The RSD’s primary mission is to collaborate with the VP of Sales and Marketing to define a strategic list of target accounts and lead the charge in expanding our client base. This entails working on a comprehensive prospection strategy and methodology, making, and presenting compelling propositions to potential clients, and ultimately closing deals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and cultivate new business prospects by understanding client needs and objectives. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes. Analyze market opportunities and threats to inform business development strategies.
- Create and present proposals and solutions to potential clients, demonstrating oXya’s capabilities and value proposition, addressing their specific needs and challenges with the support of the presales team.
- Participate in contract negotiations with potential clients, ensuring that agreements are favorable for both parties and align with oXya’s standards and policies, and successfully securing contracts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. This may include setting sales targets, creating action plans, and monitoring progress.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales opportunities. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
