WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Play a pivotal role in organizing, executing, and managing training programs designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees
Position Overview: As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling both in-person and virtual training sessions, managing logistics for training sessions, including translation, materials, printing, room reservations, and more. Additionally, your role as the Training Coordinator will include scheduling Train-the-Trainer sessions and overseeing the storage and deployment of training materials.

- Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the impact of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Organize Training Logistics: Arrange training venues, schedules, and ensure all participants are informed and prepared.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with various stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Communicate Training Initiatives: Effectively communicate training programs and schedules to the entire organization.
- Utilize SuccessFactors LMS: Leverage SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) to streamline training processes, assign courses to users, track employee progress, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Experience That Will Support Your Success
- Bachelor's Degree in Learning Design, Education, or related field: A solid educational foundation in Learning Design or education.
- 3 Years of Experience in Training and Development: Proven track record in designing and implementing successful training programs.
- Experience with SuccessFactors LMS: Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Learning Management System, including assigning courses to users and troubleshooting issues, is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of FMCG Industry: Understanding of the fast-moving consumer goods sector and its unique training needs.
DETAILS. Onsite, full-time contractual position in Chicago, IL. The ability to occasionally travel to training sites and flexibility to work outside regular business hours to accommodate training schedules. Will go into the office located in the Loop 3 days a week.
Oxygen Experience will offer the successful candidate a competitive base compensation. The targeted range for this role is $20 to $30 an hour.
