July 1st opening for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
The Oyster River Cooperative School District is seeking full-time BCBA for our School District.Specific Core Function:
To apply the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in assessing factors and variables affecting student learning and behavior, work collaboratively with team members to help support the implementation, maintenance, and modification of individualized education plans and programs to optimize learning and growth in the school setting.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- College degree
- BCBA or BCBA-D required
- Minimum of two to three years of consultative experience in the field of Behavior Analysis preferred
- Experience supervising staff and with parent consultation and training
- Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of assessment, reporting (ex. VB-MAPP, Vineland, etc.), and Verbal Behavior understanding
- Proficiency in data analysis and data analysis software and tools
- Extensive knowledge of Behavior Analysis principles and techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Applicants will be subjected to a criminal background check per RSA 189:13-a.
- Pre-Employment Medical Examination signed by Licensed Physician indicating that the employee is medically capable of performing designated assignments per RSA 200:36 and 275:3.
