Junior Construction Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Construction Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in project management while working on a variety of exciting construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Help manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation

·        Review construction drawings, permits, and specifications

·        Communicate with general contractor, subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel

·        Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders

·        Help ensure safety standards and regulations are consistently met

·        Maintain project documentation including reports, schedules, RFIs, and change orders

·        Conduct site visits and inspections as needed

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience in multi-family construction)

·        1–3 years of relevant construction or project coordination experience

·        Basic understanding of construction processes, drawings, and safety regulations

·        Strong organizational and communication skills

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with construction software is a plus

·        Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
