Marketing Account Manager

Oz Marketing is looking for an energetic and talented individual who is passionate about advertising, developing company brands, and can get their clients excited about marketing. The account representative will collaborate with clients and our design, digital, and development departments to develop new, fun, and innovative ways for businesses to interact with their customers. We are a full-service advertising agency specializing in commercial production, graphic design, web development, digital marketing, social media management, and print solutions. We love our clients and we want our clients to love you—their account manager—right back!

Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with different businesses and their management teams to develop marketing campaigns, branding strategies, and new ways to connect with their customers.

• Act as the primary point of contact for, and develop a trusted advisor relationship with, multiple clients.
• Hold regular advertising meetings with clients to advise on marketing strategy and execute campaigns, brainstorm, review analytics, and excite them about their advertising.
• Deliver advertising and campaign briefs to the creative team to deliver a clear vision and direction on the marketing materials that need to be created.
• Generate ideas and develop marketing strategies for many different businesses.
• Work with third-party vendors and media companies to place ad buys.
• Generate content for new marketing materials, websites, and on-site merchandising

Qualifications

A fun, creative, and ENERGETIC personality is a must! Ability to invest in your ideas and get others excited about them. You must feel comfortable conducting meetings and presenting in front of groups and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous account management or other relevant experience is a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
