What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook position at Ozark Mill LLC?
POSITION SUMMARY :
We are seeking a passionate individual who will work well with a team to prioritize, a sense of urgency, and real concern for guest satisfaction.
They will prepare and portion foods for the resort’s food and beverage outlets.?
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
The cook will prepare and serve stocks, breading items, cold salads, dressings, sandwich making, vegetable prepping, and fryer work according to standard recipes.
The cook will handle knives and operate small kitchen equipment safely.
Be able to work with others in a close environment with a learning attitude
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular bas i s.
Follow the kitchen chain of command . Ie . Chefs, Cook, I, Cook II, Cook III
Perform other duties as assigned.
