What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Manager position at Ozark Nursing and Care Center?
Ozark Nursing and Care Center is hiring a Dietary manager. Must have experience in long term dietary field and be familiar with regulations. Certification preferred but not required. Wil be responsible for overseeing dietary staff and ensuring resident needs are met. Will need to oversee meals are prepared per recipe given by dietician and manage residents with weight changes. Also will be responsible for staff scheduling in dietary department and ensure staff are trained properly.
