- Lead and train dietary staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on quality care.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding food service in healthcare settings
Experience
- Experience in a dietary management role within an assisted living or healthcare setting is preferred hiwever willing to train the right individual
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
