What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Representative position at Ozarks Healthcare?
Direct liaison / representative for home care and rehab services to physicians, skilled nursing, nursing home facilities, senior centers, community businesses and others who deal with populations served by home care and rehab services. Conducts face-to-face visits with referral sources to educate on services and gain feedback information on the effectiveness of care and service. Community representative will develop materials and tools for written material on services provided by Home Care. Community representative will coordinate community events for service lines. Responsible and accountable to know and understands Ozarks Health Care (OZH) mission, vision, values and standards. Reports to the service line director(s).
Bachelor’s degree in public relations, journalism, marketing, business or related field or job experience in physician or healthcare marketing
