Find Your Purpose
- Serve as the first point of contact with persons entering facility.
- Greet members, participants and guests by name; check ID cards and passes.
- Daily care of members and community participants as a first priority by personally engaging and building a network of relationships with members.
- Specific focus on generating new members and reducing cancellations of memberships.
- Light cleaning of machines and exterior of building, replace cleaning towels and disinfectant.
- Assist in selling programs and memberships by proactively engaging in conversations on the benefits of YMCA programs and memberships
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service and building supervision experience preferred
- Consistently display a courteous and cooperative attitude, while meeting the needs of others in a responsible and mature manner
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with relating to all age groups: youth, teens, adults.
