The Strengthening Community Colleges grant from the Department of Labor provides funding to create a healthcare career pathway for students in nursing and diagnostic medicine. This role involves coordinating project activities, tracking budgets, preparing reports, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. This position will work closely with the Dean of Health Sciences and Director of Nursing to monitor the grant.

Essential Job Duties
- Oversee the implementation and administration of the grant-funded project, ensuring compliance with funding agency requirements.
- Monitor grant budgets, expenditures, and financial reporting to ensure accurate tracking and alignment with grant guidelines.
- Prepare and submit timely grant reports as requested and required.
- Assist in the development and management of project timelines, deliverables, and milestones for the SCC grant.
- Serve as a point of contact between internal teams, funding agencies, and external partners.
- Organize meetings with key stakeholders, in coordination with the Dean of Health Sciences and Director of Nursing, to provide updates and address project challenges.
- Oversee key participant data systems through the management and utilization of a customer relationship management (CRM) software, Excel, Power BI, and grant reporting systems.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to assess project outcomes and impact.
- Develop and maintain data tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights to leadership and funding agencies.
- Identify opportunities to improve grant management workflows and data collection methods.
- Assist with SCC grant management, coordinate data management, and create and maintain reports and reporting processes for the grant.
- Work closely with the Health Sciences division, SCC-designated academic programs, the Health Sciences Student Success team, and other grant stakeholders.
- Exhibit exemplary attendance and punctuality.
- Comply with college policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including attending college functions, serving on committees and attending community events.
- Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement complex policies and procedures.
- Experience working with data in a customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and other business software, particularly Excel and Power BI.
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Experience analyzing data to improve business processes.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to use information technology for professional productivity (such as Microsoft Office Suite).
- Three years of project management experience.
- Experience with managing a grant-funded project or working with federal grant requirements.
- Experience working in Colleague and/or Salesforce/TargetX CRM Software.
- Experience working within a collegiate setting.
