What You’ll Do: As a key part of our dispatch team, you’ll be the main point of contact for our customers, vendors, and haulers, coordinating orders and ensuring top-notch service at every step. You’ll:
- Process and manage customer orders and inquiries via our dispatch system.
- Strategically select haulers and vendors to provide the best delivery methods and competitive rates.
- Schedule orders and trucks to maximize both efficiency and profitability.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with haulers, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless communication.
- Coordinate callouts, adjust truck demand, and support the entire dispatch process to meet service goals.
