What You'll Do :
- Provide expert support for both on-premise and cloud-based (Azure) financial applications.
- Troubleshoot system and data issues, write and execute TSQL queries, and contribute to system enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and help guide the development of new software implementations.
- Write and develop X code to customize, enhance, and integrate systems within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Design and execute manual and automated tests, ensuring code stability and system functionality.
- Maintain clear documentation of processes, release notes, and test case results.
