This position will play a vital role in contributing to the improvement of business results by assisting in the execution of key organizational development projects and programs.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Contribute to internal consultation for organizational development, performance management, and business optimization projects
- Collect and analyze data to support OD initiatives
- Facilitate the implementation of change management initiatives to enhance HR processes, systems, structure, and culture
- Provide administrative assistance for change management activities
- Coordinate the administration of the performance management life cycle, including goal setting, feedback, appraisals, and development planning
- Prepare and organize performance management materials and reports
- Maintain and update succession planning documents and tools
- Assist in resolving employee/workplace issues as directed
- Strategically support employee relations efforts through the facilitation coworker group coaching sessions
- Collect feedback from surveys, focus groups, and interviews
- Interpret feedback to identify concerns, areas for improvement, successes, and highlights
- Monitor and measure the impact of OD interventions on performance, efficiency, retention, and job satisfaction
- Compile reports on OD initiative outcomes
- Collaborate with HR Operations on compensation/bonus structure processes and provide administrative support
- Assist in designing, developing, and executing OD programs, policies, and strategies
- Coordinate program logistics and track progress
- Support the analysis of business structures, procedures, processes, and resource utilization
- Identify opportunities for increased cross-functionality and interdepartmental cooperation
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Foster an environment that values diverse perspectives and experiences
- Enhance employee engagement and strengthen the working relationship between frontline and corporate employees
- Organize activities and programs that promote collaboration and mutual understanding across different levels of the organization
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Regular attendance and physical presence at work is an essential function of this position

Education/Specialized Knowledge/Professional Certifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Actively pursuing a professional degree in the Human Resources field or closely related field
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
- High level of professionalism with ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills
- Organized with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Desire to gain practical skills and knowledge within the Human Resources discipline
