**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise construction projects to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Interpret blueprints and ensure that work is carried out according to specifications
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues that may impact the project schedule
- Manage project timelines, and resources effectively
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on the construction site
- Communicate progress updates to project managers and stakeholders
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC construction procedures, equipment, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and quality control processes
- Experience in pipeline construction is a plus
