Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the recruiting team to create position requisitions that align with company policies, procedures, and relevant federal and state regulations.
- Post requisitions to internal and external job boards and manage job postings across various social media platforms.
- Source, attract, and pre-screen qualified candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings, and evaluating skills, experience, and qualifications in relation to job requirements.
- Recommend candidates for interview, schedule interviews, and participate in virtual or in-person career fairs.
- Provide pre-employment packages, company information, and guidance to candidates throughout the application process on the company career website.
- Conduct and schedule interviews, complete interview evaluation forms (if applicable), and manage employment reference checks.
- Coordinate security clearance verification with AFSO or FSO and other pre-employment data, as applicable.
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate and timely updates to candidate records and disposition status in coordination with recruiting teams and hiring managers.
- Generate and provide tracking reports to monitor recruiting progress and candidate status.
- Ensure applicant flow activity logs and outreach efforts are aligned with the company's Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) guidelines.
- Maintain all recruitment files to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal requirements.
- Track and record recruiting and onboarding activities using Excel to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist and actively participate in regularly scheduled staffing meetings to provide updates on recruiting activity for open positions.
- Handle multiple recruitment tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of organization and attention to detail.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certifications/Experience/Skills:
- High School diploma with 2 years of related experience in a DoD government contracting industry (preferred).
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage the full recruitment lifecycle; experience with UKG ATS strongly preferred.
- Must be able to transport self to various facility sites, as required. If using your own motor ehicle, must possess a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
- SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM-CP desired.
