Position Overview
The Senior Desktop Support Technician leads the Desktop Support team and provides technical assistance to the Home Office, remote users, and restaurant management. Responsibilities include troubleshooting escalated issues, managing ITSM ticketing, and ensuring compliance with technology standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Deskside Support team and train members.
- Provide desktop support for internal systems, adhering to SLAs.
- Document support incidents and install desktop hardware/software.
- Manage user accounts and facilitate computer/phone moves.
- Maintain hardware/software inventory and document procedures.
- Support escalated field management issues as needed.
- Associate's degree (experience may substitute).
- ITIL Foundations, HDI Desktop Support Technician, CompTIA A , N , or Microsoft MCP certifications preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Motivated, approachable, and dedicated to continuous learning.
