Summary:
P.I.E. Management is seeking a Fleet Coordinator/Analyst for the State of Michigan -DTMB Department in Lansing, MI. The Fleet Coordinator will assist with wireless device inventory, A/P mail, and A/P statements.
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm
Skills:
· Analytical cross-referencing fleet and Verizon software to Excel
· Strong communications and organizations skills
· Must be able to pass a background check
Basic Computer Skills
Primary Duties: DTMB Fleet Coordinator
- Maintain a department-wide system for vehicle inventory control.
- Research, collect, and analyze data to recommend the most cost-effective distribution of vehicles without negatively impacting departmental programs.
- Analyze ongoing operations and identify required modifications to policies and procedures regarding the use and maintenance of the department’s vehicles.
- Implement changes and provide instructions to DTMB staff.
- Update and reevaluate distribution as program priorities change.
- Collaborate with Vehicle and Travel Services to obtain information and to discuss new policies or changes to procedures which impact DTMB.
Assist with Wireless Device Coordinator duties
· Order iPhones/Wireless Devices from the Verizon Portal
· Automated Asset Recovery Program (AARP) old devices that are turned in
Assist with Accounts Payable duties for backup coverage:
· Open and scan/distribute US Mail
· Research Vendor Statements against SIGMA to determine outstanding invoices
