Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
- Provide active support and supervision for adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities.
- Transport individuals to various community outings, trips, and recreational events for enjoyment and engagement.
- Create meaningful and engaging environments and activities that foster personal growth, development, and individual interests.
- Contribute to the planning and development of community-based activities that enhance social and recreational opportunities.
- Participate in arts and crafts, cooking, and other interactive activities within our day facility.
- Document the supports provided to individuals at the end of each day using our Electronic Health Record system.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure each day is filled with fun, purpose, and experiences that individuals look forward to.

- Experience desired, but not necessary; we will train and support you
- Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential
- A valid New Jersey auto driver's license with less than 5 points; probationary not accepted.
