- You have experience in commercial and/or residential roofing.
- You can inspect and repair all types of roof systems.
- You can troubleshoot and repair problem leaks to find the solution.
- You can perform interior repairs/projects.
- You are decisive and comfortable making decisions.
- You have a natural ability to proactively anticipate needs.
- You can teach and develop other technicians to become future leaders.
- You have a genuine desire to help people shine and be their best.
IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL BE
- Perform various types of residential and commercial roof repair projects.
- Perform various types of home projects: gutter installation, building decks, drywall repair, painting, power washing and more.
- Coach, train, and teach others in all types of roof repair and home projects.
Salary is commensurate with experience. Assigned company vehicle for Lead Tech Roles.
